ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Perakoda Inc. is committed to providing users with full control over their personal information and data privacy. If you are a user of our brands, including the Hubmini sleep-tracking platform, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

1. How to Initiate Deletion for Hubmini Users

To ensure the security of your information, we provide two primary methods for data removal:

In-App Deletion (Recommended): Open the Hubmini app, navigate to Settings > Account Settings, and select Delete Account. This will immediately flag your profile and all associated infant wellness logs for permanent removal.

Web-Based Request: If you no longer have the application installed, you may submit a manual deletion request by contacting our brand support team directly.

2. Data Scope

Upon processing a deletion request, Perakoda Inc. and its brands will permanently purge the following from active servers:

Personal account identifiers (name, email, and password).

All child profiles and associated wellness data (sleep logs, feeding schedules, and developmental milestones).

All predictive insights and personalized routines generated by our algorithms.

3. Processing Timeline

In accordance with global privacy standards and the Texas App Store Accountability Act (2026), manual requests sent via email will be verified and processed within 30 days. Once the deletion is complete, the data is irreversible and cannot be recovered.

4. Subscription Management

Please note that deleting your Hubmini account does not automatically cancel active premium subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To avoid further charges, you must cancel your subscription through your mobile device’s subscription management settings.
