Transaction Data (Kumori): Shipping addresses, contact details, and purchase history necessary for order fulfillment.
Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage logs to ensure the security and performance of our platforms.
3. Children’s Privacy and Age Verification
In compliance with COPPA, GDPR, and the Texas App Store Accountability Act (2026), we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
Hubmini is intended for use strictly by parents and legal guardians.
All infant-related data is entered by the guardian for tracking and insight purposes.
We utilize age-category signals provided by app stores to ensure appropriate data handling and privacy protections.
4. How We Use Your Data
Perakoda Inc. uses your information to:
Generate personalized sleep insights and predictive routines within the Hubmini app.
Fulfill and track orders for Kumori physical products.

Account Deletion: Hubmini users can initiate full account and data deletion directly within the app settings.
Manual Requests: You may also request data deletion by emailing privacy@perakoda.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Upon request, all identifiable data will be purged from our active systems within 30 days.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
