Welcome to Perakoda Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications (including Hubmini), and physical products (including Kumori) provided by Perakoda Inc. (“Perakoda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Important for Hubmini Users)
Hubmini is a wellness and sleep-tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. * The insights, schedules, and data provided by Hubmini are for informational purposes only.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of a physician regarding any medical condition or the health and safety of your child. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on a Perakoda platform.
3. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property
Perakoda Inc. is the sole owner of all rights, titles, and interests in the Hubmini and Kumori brands, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks (including those currently in the registration process).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our digital platforms.
4. User Accounts and Data
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Hubmini, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child for whom you are logging data.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Data Deletion: You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how to request a full purge of your data.
5. Physical Products and Sales (Kumori)
Orders: All orders placed via our brands are subject to acceptance by Perakoda Inc. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
Shipping & Manufacturing: Our physical products are manufactured in partnership with our specialized global facilities (including Ekin Grup in Turkey). Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Returns: Please refer to the specific return policy provided on the Kumori retail site for details on physical goods.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of our servers or bypass any security measures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perakoda Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or digital platforms. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Perakoda Inc. in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
